Who we help
True North Pathways serves individuals and families facing various barriers to stability, employment, and housing. We are dedicated to assisting people experiencing homelessness, those recovering from addiction, survivors of domestic violence or human trafficking, individuals reentering society after incarceration, unemployed adults, veterans, seniors, and families facing financial hardship. Our goal is to provide a pathway to independence for all.

Our direct partnership with Your Home Oasis, LLC provides transitional work opportunities in cleaning, property maintenance, handyman services, and moving assistance. This unique approach allows participants to build a documented work history while earning money, combining mentorship, practical support, workforce development, and paid work experience into one cohesive pathway.
